If you want to act like He-Man, grab a sword and stand on the peak of one the mountains in Valua then stick your sword into the sky screaming "I HAVE THE POWER!!".Then get struck by lightning just like He-Man.

I used an xbox controller in mine and then bought a compatible* xbox-to-usb adapter.

So in short, yes, but it takes a little more effort if you don't use a usb controller.

* The adapter has to allow the trigger of four button simultaneously.

That's pretty cool. I've been thinking about doing something like that. My Japanese Culture club would probably pay for the materials.

Ya, it's school related. I loved it in high school for the little while it lasted, but we have it in college now, and it's so much fun.

Wow! Those look pretty awesome!

:agh:

I want some like that. It makes the soft pads I almost bought today look like garbage.

I just use stepmania. I got it from isohunt.com and it came with tons of good DDR songs, plus there are places all over to get more songs and you can make your own.

You can find some really cheap ones on E-bay.

These ones are the ones I just ordered:

They work for PS2 and Computer, which is why I like them. I can take them to my friends houses and hook them up to the PS2.

If you want those pads to last longer than a few months, try doing this softpad mod: http://www.ddrfreak.com/library/contrib ... ID=7890244. I made it and it works perfectly after over a year, though I used a large piece of cardboard instead of wood.
