DDR/ITG

If you want to act like He-Man, grab a sword and stand on the peak of one the mountains in Valua then stick your sword into the sky screaming "I HAVE THE POWER!!".Then get struck by lightning just like He-Man.

DDR/ITG

Post by Zephyr »

Well, I know that at one point dancing games were pretty popular among some zzters, so I am curious to see who still plays them. I have taken them up myself and now I am not too bad at them.

So, who here plays Dance Dance Revolution or In The Groove?

Just started, I'm not any good yet but I quite like them. I play ITG more since almost nobody else at the Pirate's Den arcade plays it, so I don't have to wait for somebody else to finish like with DDR.

I haven't played DDR since June.

I play on HEAVY and can do most 7 or less footers and a few 8's and tsugaru (and I think kakumei) which are 9's.

I've done max300 and maxx unlimited on standard in front of a crowd at school on the last day (in June) and everybody loved me so.

As for me, I've pretty much given up ddr since a brand new ITG2 dedicated cabinet arrived at the arcade just minutes away from my house. I can do nearly every 10 on the machine with an 85% (A) or better.

do you know how fucked up this thread sounds to someone who has never played any kind of dancing games in his life:?

HI GUYS
It seems unlikely that this deeply unsatisfactory situation will be resolved by a new attempt to answer the old question; instead, as has been suggested by some of the most thoughtful students, we should expect to find that some part of the conceptual landscape in which this problematic entity resides must be reconstructed before it will come into focus.

I'm thinking of getting 2 hard foam pads for $50 from ebay. You think it would be legit?
