Color adjuster?

Does anyone know if there's a way to change the color pallet in dosbox or something? I'd like to replace that ugly brown with an orange at least.

I found what I was thinking of. It's the "ZZT Pallet Editor" shared on this other site: http://viovis.chaosnet.org/zzt.shtml.

Why don't we have this in our Utilities section?

Well it is in the archive. Someone didn't add it to the utilities page. The script I used to upload games has an option to add a description for utilities, but even though I did that for Lyon, it doesn't show up on that page.
