Somebody makes a topic like POST PICTURES OF UGLY ZZTERS and will post a picture (or an emoticon if it applies FOR EXAMPLE:

YOU can then reply to this topic with another picture of an ugly zzter!
(example:

Most importantly is NO BAD PICTURES because then we have to replace them with
