Conway's Life simulation is also seluler atomatons, but that is a 2D seluler atomaton and the basic110 is a 1D seluler atomaton. It works on a similer rule (like almost the same kinds uv rules). You can see more informasen uv it http://mathworld.wolfram.com/topics/Cel ... omata.html
