My favourite thing about ZZT
My favourite thing about the original ZZT game is that gems give you health.
If you could have a favourite, what would you have?

I like the fact that ZZT has distinct limits. Limits give me a challenge to express my ideas creatively in the best way possible.
As for my favorite element, I would have to say Forest. I've always sort of liked the sound it makes, and the general idea that it contains things, but once you walk over it, it disappears, even though in large doses it does get rather annoying.

My favourite thing about ZZT is how easy it is to manipulate it and do things you never thought were possible in ZZT before (like STK colours and colour sensing)
I did!--I did!--You're quicker than your friend... Now for a handful of guilders I happen to have a private and uncut performance of The Rape of the Sabine Women-or rather woman, or rather Alfred--. Get your skirt on, Alfred--
I always thought the trick of changing walked-over forest to fakes was pretty neat.Homz wrote:As for my favorite element, I would have to say Forest. Super ZZT has the best forest ever, I could spend all day running through it.
