Neither "ben hoag" zzt or "attack of the killer shrooms" give any results on Google, which is funny - I was expecting at least a mention of the author. When was this game made?

i don't know exactly... but it is mentioned in tucan's "zzt times" so it may well have been 1996. it was a cool game, albeit in a sloppy aol-period kind of way.

also, i may have got his name wrong. i'm pretty sure it's ben something though.

a thought: wasn't there a big zip file of old aol archive games herc and/or hydra compiled one time? what happened to that? maybe it's in there.
