ZZT and PSP

Post by asiri »

Hello All.
I'm a proud PSP owner and a old-time player of ZZT. Since many people are porting games on the PSP, and since I saw an OpenZZT, was wondering if someone could point me a place where (and if) there's a PSP port of this amazing game! :D

Thank you.

Where did you hear of an OpenZZT?

Nobody's making a psp zzt.

Exophase made a mzx port which is currently in beta. I'm a tester.

It's a urine joke that isn't about my username!

I haven't heard of any ZZT ports to the Playstation, sorry. There was DreamZZT for the Dreamcast, but that's all I know about ZZT ports to consoles.

putting zzt on a psp is like taking a fat piece of shit and forcing it into a really fat chick's mouth

playing zzt on a psp is like making out with said fat chick (after you've forced the fat piece of shit in her mouth of course)

Unlike ZZT on a PSP, the analogy mentioned by Zamros has already occurred and is probably a porn movie somewhere.

mmmm

just asked... because i think it will be nice to share zzt with other people, escpecially new users.... psp (palystation portable) it's a gr8 console, imho, great for 3d, but since I (like most you here) am a zzt lover, was wondering if I could play with it everywhere (work, on bus, on holyday....)

it will be nice... scummvm (another great project) as been ported everywhere... i played zak mc kracken recently on the psp....

so there's no hope to see it, right? :(((((

thx

there's got to be someone working on a dos emulator for psp, maybe... I'm not sure how the damn thing reads and writes data. Memory stick I'm guessing. Cause you can't burn those little disc right?

PSP things run off the memory stick and dosbox and Bochs are the only dos emualtors and they are both terrible because they have to emulate a processor type since psp doesn't use x86.

Sony products are made to break.. If you wanted a system just to put a bunch of homemade stuff on it, you could get a GP2X which is better anyway.. I think there's a dos emulator out for that, and not only that but it's also approved by the people who make it to run the stuff on it, so go figure.. they even had a development contest at one point or something.
