if you want a system that's got the specs and the gear to blow up your sound system, then buy a ps3 or xbox360.
if you want to play a few games here and there and maybe hone some senses. buy a wii.
And since the DS is used in brain training and helping the young and old, the wii sahll be a lovely partner aswell.
Daycares in this area have both wii and DS' for children to learn and have fun with.

A very large cube shaped room, red, with a maze that covers all six faces. There is a boulder in the maze, spherical, and made of white marble. Each
face of the maze has a red pyramid in it, except one side which has two. When there are people in the maze and they move away from the center,
the entire room gradually begins to tilt in that direction. This causes the boulder to begin rolling after them, and the room begins turning more steadily,
increasing in speed until it is very difficult to get to the next face before the one you're on becomes too steep to navigate. The boulder always seems
to make it in time though. Also it kills people. The cube always ceases rotating with one face exactly level, and will remain stably in that position until
the room is exited. Each pyramid has on one side a blank metal door that will automatically slide open if the pyramid is level and someone puts their
hand on the handprint next to the door. Inside the pyramid is a small red pyramid-shaped room, in the center of which is a red spiral staircase
leading down one story to a small square room, which has a hallway, perhaps with a turn or two in it, that leads to a door. Thus there are seven
exits.
