Does anybody else find that the first one, two, or three years of their time with the zzt community seem to represent the bulk of it, when really it only represents a small fraction of it?

I'm not sure as how to answer your question since I've only been here for almost three years, but yeah overall I was somewhat more active ZZT-wise in the very beginning than I am today.

You come here for ZZT, but the community draws you in. I remember I used to only read the threads in the ZZT General and ZZT-OOP fora.

Now I do the "View posts since last visit" search multiple times per day.

it's a good question, and one i've been pondering lately actually. most of my games were released 1998-2000 so i apply to the original inquiry for sure.

too bad i don't really feel like thinking too hard about it right now
