*sniff* Our little raccoon is all grown up...

Although the pattern shows that he will change his mind a couple of times, change his nickname a couple of times, decide to make another final ZZT project, and finally disappear from the community for a while.

I've actually been avoiding z2!

But my ego gets in the way and I want to see what people say about my little compilation.

#rawr is awesome, the forums are retarded.

Ouch.

I won't be submitting. Too busy, and as Dos says, it's not really worth it.

I've been working on a game sporadically for the past couple of months-- it's an overly bombastic but irreverent RPG, and the basic plot deals with a hipster who has a fantasy that he and his even more hipstery friends are in Hell, and they have a wacky and zany odyssey through the Cosmos. Basic plot concerns infilitrating the Sephiroth from the Qliphoth, the negative side of the tree of life in Kabbalah to, uh, destroy the traditional concept of God. Not like FF7 or Xenogears at all.

Anyway, they have a mystical journey which is like a Harold Bloomian gnostic fantasy in the plot outline so far. Actually talking about it makes me realize how pretentious it is, which makes me want to kill myself, haha.

I'm finished with the key elements now (RPG engine, plot, music) and am working on actually finishing the game before the 31st. The art has definitely been the hardest part, along with (surprisingly) the writing and programming.

Hopefully this thing gets released soon. Everyone else's projects sound awesome! Looking forward to seeing what people come up with.

But your game was the one I was looking forward to :(

The one where you wake up with hangover and in bed with another man and you have to prove to the world that you're not gay.
