ZZT is not maxed out.
There are many things that haven't really been done in ZZT before.
Pick a new challenge, and make it happen.
That's why I don't like MZX as much; the limits give ZZT character, especially if you can devise some way to break them.

Not surprisingly, that link is so vague it's even less vague than the webpage.

my game is coming along swimingly, it's got a maze, a few walls, about 200 lions, and a deep and personal retrospective, an epic romance about a catastrophic swing of the pendulum of life that will chill any mortal to their core.
Also it's got a really long centipede.

I actually started on mine yesterday, finally, and it's going along great. I've already made a few towns and world maps, and soon there will be DUNGEONS.
Also I finally have a decent plot.

KevEdit keeps misbehaving on this PC and it sucks a lot
I'm trying to figure out how to make it work properly, it doesn't play music right and keeps stalling if I window it :(
Making progress though, I guess

No, I'm on Windows 2000, it just minimises and won't open again and can only be closed with the Task Manager.
The music is also off-pitch at high octaves and the playing and highlighting are out of sync.

Do you have to sign up as a participant, or are you automatically signed up as soon as you submit a game?

I spoke to lemmer about this, and he agreed it'd probably be best to move the #zzt:endgame discussion to Z2. However, it is skullie's project, so we'll need to get his sayso.
Ando's had the foresight to start a thread for it in ZZT Projects, and really I think that's all we're going to need.
