I have reviewed the content in the thread, and based on the material in his posts I have a hypothesis that this "Ando" could be autistic.

Please note that I am not discriminating against autistics, nor am I unequivocally saying that Ando is autistic, just that it is a possibility. Remote, perhaps, but still plausible.
