distributing games
Is there a way how you can distribute your ZZT games and let people download and play them with out the ZZT creator program?
Or do you have to distribute it with the maker or is there a way around that?
PLEASE HELP

You just zip up the .zzt file, and that's the game. People will, however, be unable to play it unless they have the zzt executable. So, yes, it is possible to distribute it without, yet it is impossible to play.
It is not like RPG Maker, where an executable is compiled.

You can't run a ZZT game without ZZT, although you can hack the ZZT executable, use batch files to load your game automatically, etc... See Banana Quest.
...And as for disturbing games, try Nailguns and Body Parts: The Sordid Story of One-Eyed Phil.
