THE TOPIC IS "LAW AND ORDER".

<s>I was bored a couple nights ago and tried to cobble together a BKZZT, but couldn't get enough people together. Therefore, I'm challenging all of you to a competition. WHO WILL FACE ME AND MY AVERAGE TALENTS?!

Time:
Sunday night, 8:30 pm central time (9:30 pm eastern time ACCORDING TO MY MAGICAL TIME HAT)

Place:
#rawr, although I guess the topic could be announced in this thread too. BUT ALL THE COOL KIDS WILL BE IN #RAWR.

superbowl shuffle

nondescript
Whoever's in #rawr at the time, I guess

Rules:
-No work on your entry is allowed before the contest starts (SO PROCLAIMS CAPTAIN OBVIOUS)
-External editors are allowed
-Topic compliance is good for you
-One hour time limit with an extra 10 minutes to turn the entry in
-Junk entries make the Baby Jesus cry

Pretty standard 24HoZZT rules for the most part, but the time limit is one hour. There will be a ten minute grace period after that to get your game sent to the judge.

Also, I assume you're going to be holding this on IRC. It's fine for #rawr, or you could make your own channel or something.

I don't want to download IRC because they told me I can only have it for 30 days and then I'll have to pay for it and I don't want to pay for it.

It sometimes opens the mIRC register page after 30 days, that is, unless you either pay for it, or use a keygen like I did.
