I just remembered a good one!

SPAM: BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS by Benco; which started out innocently enough, being a plug for some game he was making (X-Kalibur 2030 if I remember rightly), which somehow permutated into a 110+ reply flameball between pretty much everyone (not least ZZTude and Icaeres, who lest we forget where staging their little feud).

That one was funny.
