Alright! New ZZTer! heh heh... fresh blood...
anyway, I reccomend that you play and thoroughly edit the ZZT encyclopedia, as well as the Mystical Winds encyclopedia. The ZZTV series is a good starter, too. Once you play enough games, you will gain great wisdom in programming new, better games.

One other tip- PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't submit a first game with no STK (super tool kit colors) and faulty programming. It makes you look bad and very much hurts your ego.

Make us proud, bold newbie explorer of game creation systems!

Hold CTRL and press F and a menu should come up called Frame Settings. There is an option Delete All Frames. If you want to delete just one you will need to get a utility called Frame Selector from the utilities section.

he's lying

If by "frames" you mean "boards", you can't delete them because Tim Sweeney was too lazy to let you do so; but you can clear them and start over by pressing Z and then Y.

DON'T MIND SCORCH. IMAGINE HIM, AXIKAL, TYRANNOUS, DARBY J, AND A FEW OTHER PEOPLE AS THE KIDS TABLE.

Which is ironic, as Moose is, what, 15 now? And Scorch is supposedly 30 or something. Just goes to show that age is rendered irrelevant on the internet.

I still remember when Moose was a wee nipper, eleven years old and ceaselessly quoting Nine Inch Nails songs. Terrifying.

How come I never got this kind of a welcome when I first joined zzt???

Wait... nevermind.. I ORIGINALY used zzt like 4 years ago...or 5.. I found It on dosgames.com when I still had my 486 machine. I miss that thing.

hey.. I got a noobie question..

On the zzt Unreal Tournament or whatever .. how did they do that thing where when you won it automaticly changed you to another board????

Cause that was pretty kewl.

duplicator and a passage. the dupe replicates the passage. when you want the game to switch boards you have an object #put a player clone where the passage duplicates. When the passage gets copied, its placed on top of the player and you go through.
