Fruit machine. Geordies call fruit machines and one-armed bandit's just Bandit's (cos they allways take yer friggin cash and you get nothing back). Mackums however know that a bandit and a fruit machine isn't the same thing.

I'm fairly sure I'm from the uk, and am fairly clueless as to who a Mackum is.

Is "Oi hinny, hoi me ammer hower ere." meant to sound Japanese when said in a geordie accent?

Oh and "photocopier" is a useful word for remembering what a geordie accent sounds like. However this isn't very easy to explain in text :(
