I don't know of many that you can play via your browser, but I do know of a few good free ones.
Gunbound and
Vantage Master come to mind.

I personally like Graal Online. It's cheap, reminds me of Legend of Zelda, and has alot of stuff to do.

Graal also has THE WORST PLAYERBASE EVER (or at least it used to). I tried playing it back when it was "free" and almost everyone on the game was either
a) an idiot, or
b) a jackass.
I DARE YOU TO COMPLETE A QUEST WITHOUT GETTING PK'ED.
