Version 0.9999a. Everything is done, but not everything has been tested yet. In case you run into a bug, though, ingame saves will carry over, and I'll just reupload a new rom. So try it today.

Edit: Yes I know I didn't do anything on it at all for like 9 months

Double Edit: It's version 0.999d now! Nobody has mentioned any bugs at all yet, so, that's a good thing. If you have an old version and want it updated, just save in-game and copy this ROM over top of your old one and you can continue on.

Is this a patch for Super Mario World or some other mario game? 'Cause I like a SMW hack every now and then.

No, it's just the ROM itself. Just run it in ZSNES or SNES9x.

You do not need a crack or serial number to play.

Am downloading at the speed of light. Might post a review in a week or so.

well it's hard that's for sure. I beat the first four levels. I think i'd do better on a gamepad. I had an old save game from a beta, it was on star road. Those levels were certainly worthy of their names. I can't say I've played many SMW hacks so I don't know what's been done before but having played your zzt games I feel I already understood your sense of design. This game is a logical extension of that.

Compared with other SMW hacks it's pretty shitty, I do a ton of copy and pasting and stuff like that. And yes, it's hard, but you can do it, I bet.

I finally beat China, though I've yet to beat the Chinese ghost house properly.

Oh god what is going on I don't understand

I'm in China at the moment, trying to figure out the Ghost house's regular exit or getting the key in the underwater level to the keyhole without dying a miserable death on the way. This shit is hardcore (and shit, but you said it's on purpose so I DON'T KNOW HOW TO REACT ANYMORE - It's part of the charm, like Zenith Nadir said). I laughed at Kracken's intro; most of the altered text is pretty funny like that. I can't figure out how to beat Australia 2 with the Yellow Switch Palace cleared - the screen doesn't scroll up as I climb the yellow block stairs and after a bit I can't move any further to the right. I can make it through just fine if I put off YSP until after Australia 2 though. Are all of the levels altered? BTW, Aplsos - which level is yours?

I must play this thing further; playing it makes me want to work on a SMW hack of my own, but I should see if there's a new version of Lunar Magic out. I have v1.63, which is probably ancient since the help file doesn't work in Vista.

Yeah, this. I thought the Run, Madtom, run, thing, cleared that up, but I guess not, a lot of people bring this up. Maybe I'll change that.

Edit: And Aplsos's level is the fifth level in Special World. You'll never get there anyway, though.
