pretty neat. Interactivity with other objects(enemies) might be a bitch though. got plans for it?

Popup encounter thing that warps you to a different room.

There you get a Legend of Legaia style combat where you're all DOWN UP DOWN and it's all SOMERSAULT COMBO! and you do extra damage or you'll all DOWN RIGHT LEFT and you just hit 3 times and don't do fancy hidden combos.

I got to give you props for that, but...

I had to check out the juicy codes you did, and it's highly possible the coding could be reduced dramatically because of the repetitions I saw. Moving the codes around and some label placements might do it, if you're planning to continue tinkering with it.

I know there are a lot of time when it #puts a wall in a spot it already checked but I wanted to be sure i didn't have some weird random layout which would screw it up and make it skip a part.

Heh... I'm actually working on a similar system, though for somewhat different purposes.
