I think someone should start a new monthly award. Perhaps someone like Dr. Dos or Oof.

I would do it, but I don't have enough tenure or whatever and thus my awards wouldn't be worth anything.

Also 400th post. Celebrate.

I'd love to but have 2 reasons why i won't

Dos only you have the power to bring back gotm. I can help. I don't really write reviews; I wrote one years ago on za for a game called Sleuth. Then later I tried to revise and resubmit that review from archive.org onto z2, but fucking z2 was all like 'invalid email address you sexy fiend' and I was like 'WTF' and I clicked back and it was gone.

So the whole concept of reviewing on zzt sites has been SOURED.

Plus I don't really play games that much anymore.

I do feel sort of bad about stopping MTP, but I was not very consistent with its maintenance anyway - I'm four months behind presently, and have only chosen one of the missing awards.

Once it's all done and I've got the pages perfect for posterity, in addition to a couple of surprises I have up my sleeve, I intend to fill the void by writing some Featured Game Reviews, but as you all know I've got quite a lot of other ZZT-related stuff to get out of the way first.
