Ando, I'd love to. But.... Our mutual friends have many good points. However, many times, like in Next Game 33, the authour has left useless bits of programming in that used to be/were going to be part of the plot/game. I think it'd be worth it, but you'd have to match the right type of people to each game. Like, Viovis to a "trippy" game, or Nadir for a sarcastic, humerous RPG.

Ando, you're the man. The naysayers are jealous cuz they didn't think about it. I like it .. We're thinkin bout, you know, finishin games here. And this includes TO BE CONTINUTEDs and shit too.

Now see, a whole group may not work well with one game, BUT.. If one person was assigned, and the rest focused on... FEATURE THINKING, then we'd have a work in progress. I wasn't going to mention Feature Thinkers unless it was something very important that would be vital, such as this thread. We're a team of people that gather to supply ideas. That's really not about all we do. We'll get involved, lend a happy helping hand, help old ladies cross the street, damn I don't know what it is, but it's good to be a feature thinker. We've already assembled a small team, but ANDO, he's proved himself worthy. Welcome in, ANDO. You are the new wave of... FEATURE THINKING.

Think about it, all the things that could be revived and fixed: A brand new Pleasure Palace 2, Damage Inc 6 (of course, these are mags, and mags are the easiest for everyone to work together on!)... Then you get to games like November Eve 2 (with maybe someone who's actually beaten parasite eve 2). Ryghar 3 (which is basically already made minus an ending and all you gotta do is insert some cliche FF crap in there and paste the ALREADY MADE soundtrack)

Also, No Point 4 has got to be made, but not without the help of Feature Thinkers. Yes, no point 3 was made, but not by Noctorocide

Basically, this is a GREAT idea, but it needs to be brought up in a moderated thinkin plasma. Okay, I'll admit if it was one of my games and it was fixed up and my sidescroller engine was gone and my sliderew rpg was changed, i'd wonder. but if i wasn't around and never planned on touchin the stuff agaion, it wouldn't mean a thing. and i'm not leaving.

But yeah, if you have to hear tucan go on and on about how great Space Otter's gonna be but not even get a demo? THEN BY ALL MEANS YOU GOTTA GO IN ZZT AND FIGHT IT OUT, MAN! And it's ANDO that's seen the corruption and is here to fight it, damnit. And i'm proud someone's around to take a stand anyhow.

Anyone with enough experience to finish a game by a famous zzter without totally fucking it up has probably been using zzt long enough that they have plenty of their own games they should finish.

If you really suck so much cock that you can't make an original game, just take someone else's work, add some useless shading and call it a special edition. Like Zenith.

I can only pitch that idea sooo far. I agree with some point viov' made, but there some that you don't want to haunt your consious forever. Respoofing and adding what the games was lacking is a great idea to me, although, some view points you'll have for the game maybe totally unpleasing, or great for the med', depend on if you know what you are doing or not. It's not a totally bad idea. Ex. Your favorite classics with graphical flawz, engines that looks if it could be don't better, and nasty bugs. They can be refined to be enjoyable again. Games that uses BiCs(Build-in Creatures)...could be redone with something better. It'll be fun to me to see a lot of different versions of the same game done in different ways. In a matter of fact, I got classics that I've respoofed, only because I was testing my programming skillz. Like H20 Revolution, and...damn, I don't know the rest.

Finishing a demo and making unmade games is horrifying. It's bad enough you don't know where th' hell you're going with it to make it a good thing. But then again...no, NO, BAD IDEA!! Well...I kinda give it as much chance as a snowball in florida.
