I personally think that a "Leper's Colony" thread in the Rules forum, where a list of people banned and the reason for being banned would be really cool.

And maybe a link to the post that got them banned.

This might be useful for the newbies who can see examples of what not to do, since reading and comprehensing rules seems to be too difficult for some people.

I don't know. Most people that are banned from here seem to be banned for no good reason other than being a little annoying.
