It's from Rod-Land. (that enemy sheet is from the spectrum version's cassette inlay)

Hehe, I just realised that all four captions in that part of the inlay could be stringed together into a sentence.

i love rodland
i used to have the atari st version
now i have the nes one on emulator but it's not quite as good
it's still great though
especially how the main characters were fairies called RIT AND TAM (tit and ram lol) who had to save MOM from baddies

They're just red fakes disguised as red normals. Push the boulders aside and you can walk right through.
