Spear Resurrection
This is a pretty excellent total conversion of Spear of Destiny, touted as a sequel to the second game in the series. It seems to live up to that claim rather well. The levels design is excellent, and there are some nifty source code changes such as exploding barrels, suicide bombers, 4 keys, 2 ammo types, and a few others. The graphics are spot on as well. There are mines in a limited few levels of the game that are annoying, but after that it's clear sailing.
My high score is a little over 1470000 on the third hardest difficulty level.
Now if only the could do some source code changes that allow quake style controls....

Awesome. I got the full version of Wolfenstein 3d like a month ago and it's pretty fun still.
