yeah tetsuo was taking these super-powerful brain pills to stop his crazy psychic headaches and eventually he grew tolerant to them and had to munch on like 100 at a time. i guess it still sort of works

it worked okay except for when he overused his powers and completely lost control and then turned into a giant wah baby and blew up the entire world

edit: yeah that's pretty much what happens in the anime too, except without all the stuff inbetween so you have no idea why it happened

I made free graphix in my game for everyone to use in the future. I submited it to z2 its called INTRO 2 AXE PEN
I will make more graphix and engines for people to use in the future
