To time travel you could always get on that rocket with one of the identical twins.

I read the book Timeline, but it wasn't that great, and I heard that the movie was even worse, so I didn't see it.

Yes, time travel is posible. But it is imposible to travel farther back in time then wen you made the spot to travel back to. So if a time-mashene is made in 10 years, thay cood not travel back to now, but sumbudy in 20 years cood send a mesige to the persen that made the time-mashene, rite wen it turn on! (Evin tho thay didint send the mesige intil much later)

I'm thinking that you'll be the one to make a time machine in 10 years.

i think it'd depend on how the machine's built and how exactly it travels through time. ... but it isn't possible anyway so meh!

Time travel is impossible because time is a vector pointed at the future, or so I've heard.

time is the measure of change.
you can never un-change something.
unless you posess a Deloran with optional Flux Compassator.
or you could be a magician.

Knightt, from what I remember, the machine itself doesn't travel through time; it fires a network of lasers that warp SPACE-TIME ITSELF enabling an object placed in the machine to travel back in time up to when the machine was last turned on, or something along that line.

If the AOL commercials have taught me anything, it is that time travel is only possible with AOL technology. And it not only brings you back to the time of the Renaissance, but transports you to Europe so that you can participate in all its quintessential splendor!
