I disagree. While the element of slapping babies is indeed violent against infants, the Post-Mortem Notorious B.I.G./Eminem song "Dead Wrong" features the line "I'm shootin' babies/No ifs, ands, or, maybes/get funny with the money when the hooker plays the dummy."
Slapping vs. Shooting? Hardly a contest. While the Magic Dance was made years before Dead Wrong, it's obvious which one has the greater impact on infant violence in music.
