Allow me to explain to you the principles of a company.
A. The president runs the company.
B. The president asks others to join as he sees fit.
C. Some people apply on occassion.
D. The president reserves the right to refuse applications, as well as to grant membership to entirely different people as he sees fit.
So unless you can find a company with rules like this:
A. The applying members run the company.
B. They decide whether they will join or not.
C. Applicants are judged on the basis of how good they are at whining.
I am afraid you will not be successful in your quest.
Rather a pity.
The moral of the story is: Shape up, or ship out.
