I dont no wat is Spectrum. Comodore 64 is good just for a computer, but not like this, but if you only need a keybord and power suply, and you hav a Televisin that is all you need to use it

For fun, my friend's father worked with his friend to create a Commodore equivalent before it was released. They finished it, but not in time. :(
