Well, well, well. Look who it is. Milamber (A.K.A. Jazzy), did you really think you could run from me? I have been monitoring your activity all this time. You see, when you told me that you had changed and that all your internet activities would be for the better, I thought you might be telling the truth. That is why I did not press charges, or send an arrest warrant to your house. Running away from me like you did was a crime, and I could have easily charged you with Evasion of Arrest (Cybercrime Code#783) and Obstruction of Cyberjustice (Cybercrime Code#455). However, I did not pursue this path because I decided to give you another chance.
But now, I can see that I should never have let you off the hook. I have been watching you ever since (a simple task due to my shifting of your server loop), and obviously a simple warning was not enough to get you to change your criminal ways. I am bringing the following Cybercharges against you:
Piracy (Cybercrime Code#233)
Illegal Posession of Pornography (Cybercrime Code#136)
Evasion of Arrest (Cybercrime Code#783)
Obstruction of Cyberjustice (Cybercrime Code#455)
Disrespect to a Police Officer (Cybercrime Code#006)
If you are wondering about the last charge, it is because of your calling me a "mad cop" in the post I am quoting. That's OFFICER "mad cop" to you, and hopefully a few years in juvenile detention (that is, if the judge decides to not go too hard on you and send you to a real prison) will teach you some manners.
Jazzy, I hope you have learned that cybercrime does not pay. I am saddened that my earlier warning was not enough to teach you this lesson, so now it is time that you face the consequences. The internet is serious business, and it is a tool. It can be used for good or evil, and I am afraid that you have learned the hard way what the consequences are when you use it for evil. I cannot tell you what your punishment will be, as only a judge has that ability. But you do not seem like a bad person, only like a kid who has made some mistakes. So, I will be reccomending that you be sent to Juvenile Detention instead of an adult prison, and for a reccomended period of 5-7 years. No parole for your first three years, maybe your first two if you are on very good behavior.
Son, I hope that if we ever meet in the future, it will be under different circumstances and your time in the prison system will have made you a changed man. Your legal guardians should be recieving a copy of all of the charges against you and of all the evidence we hold (all of your posts on the forum, logs from chatrooms, your visited sites on the Internet, ect.) very shortly, as they are going to be mailed soon. You will recieve a court date, and I may see you there to testify against you if my Cyberschedule allows for it. Good luck straightening your life out, son.
And to anyone else reading this:
There is a lesson in here for all of us. I hope that it is clear to everyone exactly why crime, even cybercrime, NEVER pays. So long.
