I encountered the same problem as MadTom when I downloaded it from the link you first gave, but after I downloaded it off of your site, everything appears to be fine.

If you experience problems, go to a search engine and search for "VB6 Runtime DLLs"
The zipped files of these should be under 2 megabytes. Unzip these to your system folder or your ZZT direcotry along with ZZWorks, and see if it helps.
If it does, I will upload a collection of the runtime files necessary to my site and I will add that alert into the readme.txt
