DOS characters --> Unicode mapping

Post by GreyKnight »

I figure it's possible people might like to have Unicode codepoints for all of the characters presented in our favourite charset, to help with clone/editor making. So I made a list. Enjoy.

NB: a few of the less clear characters are presented with some alternate codepoints you might like to try. In this case, the first one in the row is the one I found to be the best match.
