ive been into zzt for a short time and im making a game, i need some help
with the programing, i got some of it down but i need help with flags and
making shtuff appear and turn into other shtuff. is there any other documents other than pressing "h" in the editor i can use???

Well... there is the extended help files HM and Chronos made a few years ago, that are somewhere in the utilities section, but I can't remember where... also ZZTEncyclopedia (also by Chronos) and ZZT Help by Matt Williams (which is less comprehensive, but easy to understand.)

Basically, download everything ever by "Chronos30", games and otherwise. But especially the Encyclopedia.

And how do you mean by "making stuff appear"? You mean the #put command? #char? #change? Be more specific please =(

I remember answering a question similar to this a few weeks ago... what is with you people and wanting to make passages appear? You can only #put a passage that leads to a title screen, unless it is put atop another.

For example, in a dark blue wall you can have a dblue on dblue background passage and have an object "#change passage blue passage" (changing the passage to a white on blue passage) to make the passage "appear" (ie. become visible).

Alright, I didn't want to comment on this, but I'll be the first and be nicer than anyone else who would do so. For the love of god, please don't use "u" as a substitute for "you", etc. It makes baby jesus cry. Especially if you're 22!

Also awhile ago my dad was bored and typed this thing that was like comparing his personality and saying how with genetics we should be similar, and he kept using "cuz" and I think that prevented me from taking anything he said seriously. I should so find that and type it up for everybody...
