Yes, it is always fun to have games where you kill people for no particular reason. This is the foundation many great ZZT games are built on.
However, Newbies making games about killing other ZZTers do NOT make newbies into oldbies. Make a game where you loot spaceships while in search of the perfect club sandwich or something.
or better yet, GTA:ZZT.
