Man, is that sad. Notice that he classifies all letters that have been sent to him as "letters from dumb dumbs," including those from people who sent him leters that were positive, thus showing his true opinion of everyone. I think I may send him an e-mail about that, notifying him that he may be eroding customer support by this. Maybe I'll get put on his site. He really needs help, whoever he is.
Still, that is pretty much one of the funniest web sites I've ever seen. I laughed for so long... I'm going to send emails to everyone I know about this.
