Speaking of limited palette games, there's Herocore a fun sort of Metroid themed game entirely in black and white. As in there aretwo colors. It takes no more than 2 hours to beat and is a lot of fun.

new thecatamites/j. chastain/new vaders game, GOBLET GROTTO. it's huge and impenetrable. you'll search for goblets. you'll die for "MEAT"

Cold Tension is a short game with a neat mountain climbing engine. Sort of reminds me of what I would do if I modernised Sid's Disaster. PC only.
