Does anyone know how to work with the phpBB forums?

Hi!
I'm creating a forum in the phpBB server, which is, actually, the same server that hosts these forums. So I thought I was in the right place to ask for help.
Here's my problem:
When I start, I am an admin and the board has an example forum. Right. But when I delete or edit that forum and create other forums, I can't see any of them! I tried to log out and I could see the forum as a guest, but when I'm logged in I can't see them! Help!

Why-Fi, I believe I've said this at least twice before, and I'll say it again. Please,
for your own sake, calm down. You have potential, but nobody's going to take you seriously if you keep throwing fits like this.
I do not endorse your actions, but I will offer technical advice.

Are you using phpBB 3? This sounds a lot like a permissions issue. Make sure that the group "Registered users" is allowed access to the forum.

It's not the quoting so much as it is the fact that he quotes the post directly preceding his.
Also, post count +1!
