about this unworking thing.
people laughed and mocked him
and scolded him too.
"silly cat," said they
"you don't need to change you name."
the cat did not like this
he did not like this one bit.
so he got a gun
and blew their heads off
and donated their brains to charity
the end
and the moral of the story is.....: sometimes things don't work <s>because quantum p doesn't want them to</s> FOR A REASON.

That page was meant for restoring usernames, following one of those mishaps with the database where we lost everyone's username. To my knowledge, it is not (and was never meant to be) a general "change my username" script.
It's been up for quite a while - the last-modified date is January 18, 2004, so this was back when Mooseka came to power.
