I'm back...

...and there's a 100% chance no one remembers who the hell I am.
:D
I started a new project, but I haven't done anything with ZZT for so long, I forgot some stuff.
Right now, all I need to know is a fast way to make a window have a dramatic explosion without the use of several objects. Ideas?
Thanks.

Try using slime in combination with a few objects altering it or something.

Hey, welcome! Mind telling us a bit about your past involvement with ZZT?

i got nothing except for the old "invisible wall" trick. Or you could try using alot of objects in one square and have them change chars to a few cool explosion like symbols and have them change colors. idk, thats my idea

I used to lurk randomly on the message boards and I contributed around 4 to 6 games. They're MIA now.
O.O
*aims AK-47 at next person to ask that question*
EDIT: And I really like that title. Yeah. I can't wait to change it. >_>

Go to the
main page and click on your user title to change it:

That screenshot was taken on a Mac, though
the next version of OS X will technically be Unix, and now and then you see
a feature that sounds awfully familiar...
(I love how the video on that page ends with the words "Only on Leopard", when virtual desktops are a feature found in any decent window manager on Linux.)
I do fool around with Linux a bit. I've got an old PC running Ubuntu - runs a bit slow, but it's nice if someone just needs to check their email or something.
And I changed the style to default style for the screenshot, just so the screenshot would look like what I'm assuming Felix is using (unless he's changed it already). I use minimal or classic most of the time - default is too dark and looks like plastic.

Ubuntu is fun i guess, im dualbooting the new one on my laptop. Trying to get wireless to work.... but o well.
So felix, what games did you make in the past, and what are you planning on unleashing?
