I've forgotten how to write ZZT-OOP...

...And I'm sad!

It's been too long since I last touched ZZT and I've forgotten the programing language! I was wondering if there were any guides to help me get started again so perhaps I can program once more. :zzt:

I doubt anybody cares but I'm just asking.

There's plenty of stuff around. If you check help while in the editor, you can find a tutorial and some examples, and all of the commands.

The best way to learn is to poke around the insides of other ZZT games. Check the programs of the objects, fiddle with them and see how they act differently, etc, etc

it's kind of funny how i've not touched zzt once in the past year or more, yet i still remember all the commands, and all the different ways to make them do stuff they were never originally intended to do

part of my brain is dedicated to this shit, instead of remembering anything meaningful
