I got Stinger and Clu Clu Land for NES. And Ranma 1/2 books. Also some typewriter paper, and those chocolate coins.

I got this for some reason.

i didn't get that much for christmas, but i pretty much got what i wanted:

digital camera (5.1 megapixels). now i need an xD card for picture storage, the name of which cracks me up every time.

brut aftershave, i was almost out so hooray

a horribly huge coffeetable book of photos of krakow, which is seriously like 5kg heavy and i have no idea how i will transport it home at the end of the year

money, which i intend to use to get this year's fantagraphics peanuts reprint box set.

also got an 80 gb ipod and an 80 gb portable hard drive and a couple shirts from hawaii and some candy and some money from grandparents and the final payment for that movie score i did.

A boxed set of Fantagraphics Peanuts reprints? I did not know of this.

I think what I got pretty much amounted to a beach towel and flip-flops (which was kind of odd, frankly), a copy of Hotel Rwanda, a set of watercolors with an accompanying book, a pair of exercise pants, and some drawing charcoal. Also, oddly enough, a copy of the first Star Wars movie on VHS, with a really bizarre retro cover. I'm no uber-fan, but I guess I don't mind owning it.

I also got a Kraftwerk CD for my birthday, which was pretty neat!

For my present to myself, I plan to buy either this or this. I'm horrible at deciding these things, though.

Also that Pied Piper of Hamelin movie is really awful. It's like, the worst bastardization of Grieg music possible. Of course, if you don't care about Grieg, then that shouldn't make too much of a difference!

But it's still horrible.

I don't celebrate Christmas so thats gifts down the drain. :(

My birthday is next month and I usually just get a lot of dosh...but this time round I have to pay a fine of £100 the day before my birthday. :D Great eh? Lovely start to a new year for me.

Do you celebrate Ramadan or something? You wouldn't get any presents from that, I don't think.

I'm muslim, so yes I do celebrate Ramadan. I also celebrate Eid twice a year...where we do get money as gifts, and sometimes clothes. Money obviously is spent on shizzle like games and DVDs.
