My answer to the poll is a definite maybe
Although knowing my luck I'd start smoking this legal harmless product and find out twenty years later that it triples your chances of getting dong cancer

I wouldn't smoke them, but I wouldn't be against others making use of these magic cigarettes.
You might even be able to reinstate public indoor smoking with something like that---since there would be no health hazards and no 2nd hand smoking effects, there would be no reason for a public ban (at least where I live).
They should be invented.
