the zzt community needs ircman! it's obvious that it's not coming back because crank is a jerk, so why don't we make our own, maybe using the bash.org open-source code? we could serve it here.................. on z2..................
the main problem here is that nobody has the quote data, of which there were over 2000 on the site. is anyone able to harrass crank about it?
i can't really do much about this (lol poland, no ftp accessibility in cyber cafes) but i'm sure some cool dude like dos or quantum could!

There are still
caches out there; we'd just need to do some extensive rooting around and put everything back into a database (ideally with the original quote numbers, as stuff like burstroc's songs are indexed by them).

Several months ago!
I still keep a text file of anything I would have added when it came back. I made bencomics out of any of them that were bencomicable.
