Interactive Johari Windows are currently going around on LiveJournal. Basically, you choose a few words that describe yourself, have your friends pick a few words that describe you, and compare your perception of your own personality with how others perceive it. Not all ZZTers use LiveJournal, and since this seems like the kind of thing that works well if you have a lot of people doing them, I figured I'd post here as well.

Actually, I think the Nohari test would be a lot more informative, but the problem is that unless it's anonymous it would only end up hurting people's feelings. I think Johari is basically only a feel-good love fest for the same reason :(

MadTom pointed out there's also Nohari. Where you point out negative traits. He says it should be anonymous but he's a loser.

on reflection, maybe i should have put "cruel" instead of "vulgar" on my nohari, after all i'm nowhere near as crass as luminaries such as nps and zamros

edit: oh you know what? FUCK IT. curiousity has got the better of me so i made a johari. i know, i suck! but as we all agreed on the nohari i'm unreliable so you should not trust me when i make a statement like the one above (re: "johari is dumb and i will never make one"). besides madtom is the only other person refusing to do one and he's soooo uncool and not on the verge at all
