It's a roguelike game with an Earthbound-ish feel to it. You'll travel to distant, exotic locales such as the Lost Mall of Mad McGee. You'll fight terrifying monsters such as Bicycling Missionaries and mutant Jack O' Lanterns. You'll find fabulous artifacts such as the Frying Pan of Smiting.

Basically, expect a lot of dumb, goofy humor with a solid roguelike system complete with random dungeon generation, gadget inventing (if you have the proper skill), psychic powers, and a bit more story than the usual roguelike.

I'm very very tempted to start working on this instead of finishing Rebirth Machine like I'm supposed to.

i was going to say that it's not going to happen but then i noticed this was under MZX not ZZT.

You really should finish Rebirth Machine first, there's nothing worse than having a game close to completion and then I HAVE STARTED A NEW, EVEN MORE AMBITIOUS PROJECT

the main characters in rebirth machine all want you to finish that game first

how much more needs doing to it, anyway? i know you were saying it would be finished by mid-august back in july, but that's obviously not come to pass.

I'm going to finish Rebirth Machine first. I said I was tempted, not that I was going to. All I have left of that is the last half of the last level and 5 or 6 cutscenes.

You should call it #bound so it'll be a reference to #bind and everybody will act the same.
