Since I'm a patriot, I feel it is necessary we bring other patriots together. I have made a tribute file to the 9/11 day that reflects on me, one true American's opinion. It may not be yours, and if you feel threatened, I have no problems with other people making tributes. This is a day, or was depending on your timezone, a day of great confusion this 4 years ago. It has become a national holiday where we get together and swap cornbread and frolic and dance and dip the cornbread in buttermilk, yes. Today is an important day. I made this tribute as down to Earth as possible, littlest sap required. It's something that can make you feel more patriotic, more like an American, as well as maybe give you a smile and some relic to carry on that American hope. i hate that.. it's only 256k.. I was witing to see if it happened to anyone else... i split the file up to two, because normally I wouldn't be bothered to do this, but since it's my duty as an American to spread the word, I have done so

For those who don't mind opening 2 worlds. I woulda made it one, but there's just so much content that belongs in it, so many things.. i should only take you a couple minutes of your time to get through it though, but I just hope those couple minutes make you feel more patriotic, as that is what the tribute is supposed to be all about! Ask not what can do for your tribute, ask what your tribute can do for you!

That was simply beautiful. I'm not American, but I still found it very very moving. Especially the bit where Sting turned yellow.

I was a bit apprehensive since I'm a terrorist, BUT THIS ZZT GAME HAS CHANGED MY WAYS.

Thanks everyone for your input! I wasn't gonna upload it, but unlike most files, this one has to be spread in order to bring Americanism back, just as CJ and Sweet needed to stop green on green wars by reuniting the families. Cuz it's all about that. There were so many things left out, but they'll be reserved for the next patriotic tribute.

I had the hardest time telling if this was like, for real. This was largely due to the way the American Right has pretty much hijacked the concept of patriotism--like, either you're a flag-waving Republican who's proud of your country or you're a filthy godless Democrat who uses the flag as toilet paper.

Then I got to the boards where it's like "This man is a a super-patriot! Give up? HEY IT'S MICHAEL MOORE" and I was like "Ohhhhh, I get it!"

I remember on 9/11 when it happened. I was digging a ditch in someones front lawn to lay a drain pipe. The owner came out and told me and my boss what happened. I coulden't believe it.
