Is it possible for an object to lay or put a lit bomb?

No. But there's something in the ZZT Encyclopedia that can help you, I think. If you don't have it already, um.. get it. It's essential. Like STK. I dunno if z2 is 100% fixed or not, so if you can't get to version 3C tell me and I'll just e-mail it to you.

i'm afraid deactivated bombs MUST be triggered by a :touch command from the player
if only it were different ;_;

Yeah, and the engine in the encylopedia is bulky and pretty worthless.

No, you can't have an object put lit bombs. However, you can have a duplicator dupe one onto a player clone, setting it off.

Code: Select all
@object
#put e player
?s
#put e duplicator
?s
#put e bomb
#end
Trust me, it will work.
