Oh wow, do you still have that, or do I have to go and ambush him for it on his LJ?

I liked Apud le Medius Res a lot. BoonoB and I adapted part of his idea for the as-yet-unreleased Parallel: Parabola.

ooooh we're talking like 1999 here so it would be on my old computer which I can hook up and use, but I don't think I would know how to take any files from it. Though I do have an ipod now, so maybe I can hook that up to the usb. I'll try and maybe pick up some of my old games too.

Also explain Parallel: Parabola if you don't mind. The title is interesting and makes me think of non-Euclidean geometry.

Well, we did Parallel and Parallel BK, which was just BoonoB and I putting in random boards and then throwing it all together, which turned out to be a lot of fun to make. Then two years later, after we met up again here in Australia, in March we started Parabola while he was staying at my house.

I don't like our chances of getting it finished, but it's basically a karma-counting game like Apud le Medius Res, with two sides to every board. We've set it up with seasons and everything. It works a little better than I can make it sound.

Project is the main character!

But where in the pear?

Also, your avatar is cool because it reminds me of <i>Fantastic Voyage</i>.

Fantastic Voyage...is that the book that was made into a movie where the lady scientist always had her zipper pulled down?

Or a disco song that I am vaguely familiar with?

I've been putting the odd quarter-hour into #. There are a few boards for it now, including another dream sequence à la #mobydick.

Current status on #captainfurtopia: Still done and submitted to Commodore like a month ago

(unless he lost it.)
"You're alive," said the maker, and smiled at the aardvark.

<Kjorteo> yes
<gbelo> No no no.
